Can Donald Trump use songs against a performer's will?

.WOODY GUTHRIE'S "maker" eliminated fascists-- or so The United States's fantastic dust-bowl balladeer composed on his acoustic guitar. Port White's electrical machine "files a claim against fascists", wrote the frontman of The White Lines on Instagram on September 9th. The "fascist" is actually Donald Trump, that recently utilized the band's very most pop music, "7 Nation Military", in a campaign video clip. Mr White wishes him to cease. He joins a long listing of musicians that challenge Mr Trump utilizing their songs: Abba, Celine Dion, Beyoncu00e9, Foo Fighters, the estates of Isaac Hayes and Sinu00e9ad O'Connor and Johnny Marr of The Smiths-- and those are actually only the objectors coming from this year.
